Listen, with 10 years of wedding experience I have seen it ALL. You want.. you NEED an experienced wedding photographer. A photographer's job on your wedding day is SO much more than taking photos. In addition to being experienced with imagery, your photographer also needs to be experienced and well versed to adapt and roll with anything that may be thrown at them on your wedding day. You need someone who can not only handle any weather circumstance, but use it to to tell the story of your day. Someone who can find the light, direct portraits, be the calm, read the room, and notice your mom crying during speeches.
Is hair and makeup late? You need someone who can think fast and adjust the timeline on the fly to keep things going smoothy. After all, we are THE ones that implement the timeline. We put and keep that baby in motion. I firmly believe this type of experience on your wedding day is invaluable.
